"What Is Your Complaint With County Government?" THE BOONE COUNTY COMMISSION HAS FAILED during the last 6 years to provide a SOUND-SAFE-SUCCESSFUL ROAD PROGRAM. The issues have been right-of-way and easement purchases, centerline alignment, roadway typical sections, road speed, survey errors, water line locations and failures of safety features in roadway design. THE BOONE COUNTY COMMISSION HAS WASTED taxpayers money during the last 6 years on Obermiller, Gans, Moreau, St Charles, Mt Zion and Sweringen roads, while increasing deferred maintenance on existing subdivision streets like El Chapparal and Lake of the Woods. THE BOONE COUNTY COMMISSION HAS AUTHORIZED many change orders regarding taxpayers money on Dee Woods and Obermiller roads, and the Health Center. THE BOONE COUNTY COMMISSION REINVESTED STORM PROCEEDS at the fairgrounds for asphalt paved parking lot. The County Maintenance lot (KOMU-TV) has been paved rather than using this money for ALL chip and seal roads. PUBLIC AWARENESS should focus on Route WW and future developments that could encompass conflicts of interest between our Commissioners’, the City of Columbia and the State of Missouri. WHEN
